கண்ணோட்டம்

பாலர் பள்ளித் தமிழாசிரியர்களின் பணிசார் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காகப்  பாலர் பள்ளிக் கலந்தாய்வரங்கம் 2022-ஐ தமிழ்மொழி கற்றல் வளர்ச்சிக்குழு ஏற்பாடு செய்திருக்கிறது. அனைத்துலகப் படைப்புகளை வரவேற்கவும் வெளிநாட்டினரின் பங்கேற்பை அதிகரிக்கவும் கலந்தாய்வரங்கம் கலவைமுறையில் நடைபெறுகிறது.

இந்தக் கலந்தாய்வரங்கின் கருப்பொருள் ‘அர்த்தமுள்ள விளையாட்டு; தரமான கருத்துப்பரிமாற்றம் வாயிலாகத் தமிழ்மொழி கற்றல் கற்பித்தல்’ என்பதாகும். இளம் பருவத்திலேயே பிள்ளைகளை அர்த்தமுள்ள விளையாட்டில் ஈடுபடுத்துதலும் தரமான இருவழிக் கருத்துப்பரிமாற்றத்தில் பங்கேற்கச் செய்தலும் அவசியம். பிள்ளைகள்  தங்களது தாய்மொழியைக் கைவரப்பெறவும் கற்றுக்கொள்ளவும் இவை உகந்த சூழலை வழங்கும்.

ஒத்திசைவான நிகழ்வாக இக்கருத்தரங்கத்தின் அதிகாரபூர்வத் திறப்பு விழா, ஜூலை மாதம் 23-ஆம் தேதி, காலை 9 மணி அளவில் உமறுப்புலவர் தமிழ்மொழி நிலையத்தில் நடைபெறுகிறது. ‘மாடர்ன் மாண்டிசோரி’ குழுமத்தின் தலைவர், தமிழ்மொழி கற்றல் வளர்ச்சிக்குழு துணைத் தலைவருமான முனைவர் தி. சந்துரு, இந்நிகழ்வில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராகக்  கலந்துகொள்கிறார்.  சிங்கப்பூர் சமூக அறிவியல் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இளம்பருவக் கல்வித்துறையைச் சேர்ந்த விரிவுரையாளர், முனைவர் க. காவேரி, இந்நிகழ்வில் முதன்மையுரை ஆற்றுகிறார்.

ஒத்திசைவற்ற நிகழ்வாக இக்கருத்தரங்கத்தில் பயிலரங்குகள் இரண்டும், வெளிநாட்டு நிபுணர்கள் நால்வரின் பகிர்வுகளும், உள்ளூர் பாலர் பள்ளித் தமிழாசிரியர்கள் நால்வரின் பகிர்வுகளும் இடம்பெறுகின்றன.

பாலர் பள்ளித் தமிழாசிரியர்களுக்கான இக்கலந்தாய்வரங்கில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள உள்ளுர், வெளிநாட்டுப் படைப்புகளின் வாயிலாகப் பாலர் பள்ளிக் கல்வியாளர்கள் பயனடைவார்கள் என்று தமிழ்மொழி கற்றல் வளர்ச்சிக் குழு நம்புகிறது.

Overview

To enhance the professional skills of Pre-school Tamil Language teachers and provide a platform for them to grow their professional support network, the Tamil Language Learning and Promotion Committee (TLLPC) has organized the Pre-school Symposium 2022. This year, the event is held in a hybrid mode to allow international presentations and participation.

The theme for this year’s symposium is ‘Teaching and Learning of Tamil Language through purposeful play and quality interaction’. Engaging in purposeful play and establishing quality interactions throughout the early years has the potential to provide the best possible environment for children’s Mother Tongue acquisition and learning.

The synchronous module of the symposium is the official opening on 23 July 2022, at 9.00 am in Umar Pulavar Tamil Language Centre. The Guest-of-Honour is Dr T Chandroo, the Chairman and CEO of the Modern Montessori International Group (MMI) and Deputy Chairperson of Tamil Language Learning and Promotion Committee . The keynote address is by Dr G Kaveri, Lecturer, Early Childhood Education Programme, S R Nathan School of Human Development, Singapore University of Social Sciences.

The asynchronous module of the symposium comprises of 2 workshops, 4 sharing sessions by overseas experts and 4 sharing sessions by local pre-school Tamil Language educators.

The Tamil Language Learning and Promotion Committee (TLLPC) hopes both local and international pre-school Tamil Language educators’ benefit from this symposium.
